What you need to know about glucosamine and what do you need to know about conjointment? Technical, you should, in my opinion they should be worked teething in a product because they're going to aid in you joints health and recovery. If you have osteoarthritis, this is something you should look into. I don't want people to self-diagnose. I'd like people to go to their doctor or physical therapist and make sure the have osteoarthritis. I also don't recommend this product to be a preventative so, a lot of people are taking it in hopes that they're joints are going to be OK. If you don't have pain, I don't believe the product. These products work taken together and I think the glucosamine, about 1,500 milligrams a day and the conjoint about 1,200 milligrams a day, ideally taken two to three times a day. You can spread out out for maximum absorbs ion can assist you in having less pain. Now realize, you don't take two of these or three of these pills and get a result. You're going to have to take it for three to four weeks. Basically, you have to give a months' time to see how this affects you. After a month, if you have no benefit, then you can stop but, at least, give it the one full month before you do so because it takes time for it to build up into the joints.
