What's up? My name is Matt Steffanina and today we're going to teach you how to dance like Beyoncé. I'm going to walk you through the moves and Dana's going to demonstrate them for you. We're going to start with four steps on your right foot. You're going to step all the way around in a quarter circle. Good. Now take that back and we're going to do the same thing again, but we're going to add the booty pop. This time, you're going to pop twice for every step and you want to accentuate the pop going back. You want to make sure that you stay nice and low when you're doing the pop as well.
We have one more thing to add to that, and that's your arms. Your arms are going to swing open, cross, open, cross, while you're popping. From here you're going to step that right foot back to meet your left and your hands are going to come up over your head. Then you're going to step out on six and throw your arms down to hit this pose. From here, on and, you're going to bring your hands up to your rib cage and our chest is going to pop out on seven, come back in on and, and pop to other side on eight. From here we're going to go to Beyoncé's signature roll, but to set it up first, we're going to throw our arms to the front and punch and drop down nice and low. You want to make sure that your feet are slightly turned out to set you up for these rolls. You're going to start by rolling your chest counterclockwise and shifting your weight over to the right. Then you're going to bring it all the way back to the left, getting even lower, dropping down on seven, bringing your head up on eight. Let's try that from the top. Five, six, seven, eight. You step, one, two, three, four, come back, five, out, six, pop, seven, eight, and one, roll two, three, four, five, six, drop, seven, look up, eight. And that's how you dance like Beyoncé.
