Hey! My name is Erin, and I am a former US Junior Olympic-certified swim coach and personal trainer and fitness is my passion, so I cannot wait to share it with you guys. Lunges are probably the best move you can do to tone your legs, and I am going to show you guys a variation that is my personal favorite. It will absolutely burn your leg, so if your balance isn't perfect, which most people's is not, you can take your body bar or chair for support, Okay ! Now I call it as a front to back lunge, some people may call it something else. So we are going to start and ready for your lunge. Step forward and in one motion step back. So the bar ca kind of move with you, just using it for support. Step forward, up and step back. Now notice 90 degree angle, 90 degree angle. Stepping forward and back. You are going to do ten and remember front and back is a full wrap. One and here is two, so no cheating. It isn't counted as 4, alright. And then you are going to switch sides, switch your bar to the other side. Same thing, stepping forward, up and back, forward and back, okay. So 10 on each side. Make sure that front to back counts as one.
