No matter what your skin type, everybody needs to keep their pores clean. So this next recipe is just perfect for any skin type no matter what your skin condition is. You're going to want to use this to keep your pores clean. And it's really simple.
You're just going to need some strawberries. I've actually mushed with my fork about half a cup of strawberries right in this bowl. You're going to use one tablespoon of milk, preferably organic milk. Next we're going to add rice powder to my milk and strawberry mixture. And this again, is just one tablespoon only.
Then we're just going to mix this up. It mixes really easily. And you want to make sure that you've mushed your strawberries enough so you get a nice texture with the mask. You want it to be a bit of a paste which we have here. So this is perfect. This smells amazing. So you're going to want to eat it if you don't use it as a mask.
And then you're just going to apply a thin layer. It's going to be a little bit chunky in consistency so you might want to lie down a little bit while you're having this mask on your skin. But I think you should take time out for yourself and take the time to just relax and do something nice for yourself.
The strawberries have a ton of vitamin C in them. And in case you didn't know, strawberries and vitamin C are a very basic foundation for having perfect looking skin all the time. The rice powder is actually going to serve to absorb any oil or any bacteria that you have in your pores and it's going to pull everything out of your pores to really clarify your pores and keep them nice and clean. And the milk, it is soothing, but the main function of the milk is the lactic acid which is going to serve to exfoliate the skin.
So your skin is going to be softer. It's going to be hydrated. It's going to be glowing from all the vitamin C. And because of the rice powder, everything is going to get sucked out of your pores so you're just going to have really clean, clear, and glowing skin.
And this mask is great for any skin type at any age.
