I don’t really feel like a lot of people know how to treat acne, and I think if you suffer from acne, I know that you have tried everything on the market to try to get rid of your problem. And I know that probably nothing has worked. So I want to talk to you today about a few tips that are really easy to follow that would really help you a lot.
The first thing is if you have any kind of break-out problems, you need to wash your face absolutely every night and every morning without fail. The second thing is instead of using a towel to dry your face after you’ve washed it, it’s really important that you instead use a paper towel that you can throw away. The reason for that is that you don’t want to spread bacteria back onto your clean face night after night by using that towel over and over again.
When you wake up in the morning, again, it’s a must to wash your face. Use a foaming face cleanser, something that really cleans out the pores for you really well. But you don’t want to use anything with too much acid in it. I know that it’s tempting to use a lot of acid in all your products, because you just would rather burn your face off than have pimples. But in the long run, the thing that’s really going to stop acne from coming out in your skin is really having a balance of the right vitamins and nutrients to feed your skin. One thing that you absolutely must do is you must eat green vegetables with every meal, including breakfast.
And if you can’t eat green vegetables with your breakfast, then you have to have an apple. Have applesauce in your oatmeal for breakfast. Have a salad with your lunch. And I don’t even care if you have pizza for lunch. Have a salad after your slice of pizza. But it’s a must. You cannot leave out that step. If you don’t want to have pimples on your face, you have to eat vegetables with every meal, without fail.
Just something to look for in your skin care products, I highly recommend that you look for products that contain acidophilus. Anything that has acidophilus in it is going to help fight bacteria, and it’s also going to disinflame your skin. And one thing that people tend to do is go for products that have acids in them, and what does that do? It just inflames your skin even more. And if you have bacteria in your pores and you inflame your skin, you’re just going to get bigger pimples. So you must have things that calm your skin down and disinflame the areas that you have acne so that you have a chance of getting rid of it.
