Now I'm going to show you guys how to make a strawberry facial mask.

Starting out with three tablespoons of warmed honey. I've got three tablespoons of organic yogurt. And, I'm going to use three or four strawberries for this recipe.

I'm going to slice up my strawberries first. This is just to make it easier for me to mush them up a little bit.

And, I've already prepared four strawberries in my mortar and pestle, just to mush them a little bit for the mask. If you don't have one of these, of course, you can just use a fork and a bowl. That works too.

Now I'm going to add everything together. I'm going to put my yogurt into my honey. And now, I'm going to add my strawberries.

This mask actually smells incredible, as you might imagine. And so, I'm just whipping everything together, real quick, with a fork.

And you can see it blends together really, really well. Don't worry about it if all the strawberries aren't completely mushed. A lot of the juice from the strawberry is in here.

The yogurt is really calming because of the acidophilus. It also has lactic acid which exfoliates the skin. The strawberry has tons of vitamin C and it's also super hydrating. And, the honey is really hydrating too.

So, it's really going to leave your skin looking incredibly glowy. So, this is what it looks like on the skin. You can see I just put a very thin layer.

So, you leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water. And it's going to leave your skin really hydrated, very glowing looking. Just like if you had a professional facial in a salon.
