Hey my name is Erin and I'm a former U.S. Junior Olympics certified swim coach and personal trainer, and fitness is my passion so I cannot wait to share it with you guys.

All right, moving straight in to your next move, got the heart rate up before you begin your circuit again. Hands down on your elevated surface, and we're gonna do my very favorite thing, and that's hand climbers.

So you're just going to bring one hand and tap, okay, and you're going to go forty five seconds, do not stop. So as many as you can do. All right, come up, take a breath, rest for thirty seconds to a minute depending on your level of fitness, and then repeat the entire circuit over again. You're going to repeat that circuit three times, make sure that you stretch at the end. And, if you really want to get into bikini body shape, make sure that you follow a modified diet, lots of water, no sugar, no salt. If you can, cut out the white foods, that's a good rule. Um, worked for Oprah, so why not.
