How to Do a Maradona Soccer Trick

Learn how to do the soccer trick known as the Maradona from soccer coach Deejae Johnson in this Howcast video.

The Maradona is named after the Argentine World Cup winner, Diego Maradona. It is used to turn your opponent in tight spaces. Use the sole of one foot to roll it back, spin and drag the ball past the defender with the opposite foot. You can usually do it on the run, or to just spin out of a tight situation against your defender. Have fun with the Maradona, because it usually makes your opponent look pretty silly.
