Bam: So a 180 Ollie is pretty much all about the hips. You Ollie and then you shift this way or if you want to do a backside 180 Ollie then you do it this way.
Kerry: It's pretty much the same as the Ollie too. You've got to clip the tail, bend your foot, but then you're going to twist your hips and bring your legs around to meet the 180 Ollie to ride backwards.
Bam: You pretty much have to learn the 180 Ollie because then you are going want to learn front side flips, back side flips, back side heel flips, and so on, etc. So a 180 Ollie is a must, you have to learn it. And that's how you do a 180 Ollie.
