So a 5-0 grind is when you Olley up to the rail, and your back truck only hits the rail, and you're in a Manual position and you pretty much wheelie down the whole rail. So, as long as you have your Olleys and Manuals on lock down, then you're pretty much good to go.
For me, when I do 5-0 grinds I kind of lean like on my heel right here, so it kind of pushes the wheel into the rail to kind of keep me locked in. Because when you're right on the center of your truck it can kind of flip, so any 5-0s I do I kind of focus on that.
Yeah, especially with a round rail you're going to want to favor each side, usually the heel so you lock in. Because, if the round rail's in the middle then it's pretty easy to slip right out, so. Favor one side and lean into it so it's kind of hugging your wheel. So that's how you do a 5-0 grind.
