Kerry Gatz: The nose grind is an alley to your front truck, grinding down a ledge or rail, riding on your front truck, which is called a nose grind. You're going want to learn nose manuals and get those on locks, before you want to step up to a ledge or a grind on a curve.
Bam Margera: And there's also two ways you can do it, you can actually alley and do basically a nose manual to where you're grinding like that, not touching your front nose, but I tend to do it the other way, which is just lean forward as much as you can and just jam it right into a nose grind, so you can do it either way if you have your nose manuals on lock down, then you can pretty much balance your way down, but either way you're going to be leaning a lot more forward than your 50/50 or 5-0.
Kerry: With his back facing the rail that;s going to be a back side nose grind, and the way I'm facing it with my, facing the rail, I'm going to be doing a front nose grind.
Bam: So that's how you do a nose grind.
