Bam: So now we're going to teach you a backside kick flip. And this is a really difficult one for me but you've got them on lockdown.
Kerry: It's mainly just, it's back to the kick flips and the 180's and stuff like that. A backside flip is going to be your foot on this side of the board and using your toe you're going to be doing an Ollie and turning you hips, and then kick flipping as you're rotating 180.
Bam: Shoulders have a lot to do with it, too. You twist your body like this, completety 180, as your board flips with it.
Kerry: Yeah. So you're shoulders are going to turn first. And then your legs are going to follow with the movement of your body and then catch and land rolling backwards.
Bam: Basically with a backside flip you're going to want to have your backside 180s on lockdown and kick flips as well. And this is a trick that might take you a little qhile to learn so stick with it and don't get too frustrated because this is a pretty difficult trick.
Bam: So there's your backside 180 flip.
