Now I'm going to demonstrate how to do a lying toe-tap. Okay, what you're going to do is lie down on your back on the mat. Okay.
And what you want to do is kind of just tap the floor, with the toes, and drive those knees in, explosively. Tap, drive them in explosively. Notice my negative coming down is always slower than my positive coming up.
This exercise actually would be a little bit more beneficial if you did it on a bench, but if you don't have access, this is exactly how you could do it at your home. So tap the toes to the floor, drive those knees in, lifting the hips off the floor slightly. And that's how you do a lying toe-tap.
