All new mommas want to know how to lose their baby bellies fast. I hate this question. There's two ways to do it: You can have amazing genetics, and your belly just goes right back down after the baby; or you can afford to have hired help to take care of your child, you can have a private chef to make all of your meals, a personal trainer to work you out for eight hours a day, and make sure you have plenty of time to sleep for ten hours a day. New moms really never get that, frankly.

So it's kind of hard unless you have a lot of money to afford the entire team that's going to raise your child for you so you can spend all day, every day at the gym, and east small, carefully prepared meals from a nutritionist slash chef. Here's what the rest of us are going to do: You're going to eat as healthy as you can, rest when you can, keep your stress down, and workout whenever you can fit it into your schedule. You're not going to lose your belly fast but it will come down in time. If you try to do any kind of crash dieting, guess what? The moment you go off the diet, the belly comes back.

Take your time, don't worry about it, you're a mom, embrace the belly. It's what just produced your little baby!
