So, the top three fat-burning foods that you might want to incorporate are whole grains, clean and lean proteins and hot chilis. When you eat whole grains, which are complex carbohydrates, as opposed to refined carbohydrates, like white flour and white sugar, you're actually giving your body a longer source of energy. Which allows for better energy, more working out, more exercise with less calories. So, focus more on things like brown rice, millet and quinoa, instead of floured products. Like, even whole wheat bread or pastas. Clean and lean proteins help you with fat burning because they can help you maintain and build muscle, which burns calories faster. So, you want to make sure you're getting lots of good, healthy, quality, clean and lean proteins. Like, if you're eating animal foods, you want to make sure that they're organic so that you're not taking in any extra toxins or growth hormones, antibiotics. You don't need any of those messing up your hormones or your digestive system. You can also focus on plant-based proteins, which are much lower in fat, like tofu, other soy foods like tempeh, beans and whole grains, nuts and seeds. Finally, add some nice hot chili peppers to your meals. When you eat that nice, spicy capsaicin. Which is the ingredient in chili peppers that is hot. It actually warms your body temperature, which can help you burn calories a little bit faster while you feel the spice. So, add in some cayenne pepper, some roasted red chili pepper flakes into your meals. Or have things like spicy Indian foods, spicy Mexican food. Those all help to raise your body temperature just a little bit.
