All right, so this next one is called the high steps dance move and think of this as a core exercise, but you're standing up. Okay? It's also a cardio workout as well, but I really want you to focus on using your abs for this next one.
So, with the high step, you're just going to lift your leg up as high as you can, pulling your knee towards your chest, up and up. You can bring your shoulder in as well so that you're getting your upper body into it, okay? But it's simple, just stepping up. High step up and up. Cool?
So your abs are working by crunching in and contracting, so that your core is getting a workout. Okay? We're going to take it slow and then we're going to speed it up. Let's do four slow. We have four, three, two, one, all right? Let's speed it up.
Here we go. Ready? Set, go. One, two, one, two, so get those knees high. Get them up. One, two, good. One, think of these as crunches here. One, two, one, two, four more.
