Okay, you guys. This next one, again, harder to say easier to do. It's the Kick 'n Pick It Up. Kick 'n Pick It Up. It's super literal, exactly what it says we're going to do.

We kick right, left, right, pick it up. Left, right, left, pick it up.

What are you working here? You're working cardio. Yes, you're getting that cardio aspect in your workout. You're also working your lower leg mussels, you're working your hamstrings, and your quads, your thighs by picking that foot up. Really pick it up fast. Don't be lazy with this. Get that foot up.

So, again, let's do this slow. Right foot we have kick, kick, kick, pick it up. Check out the arms. Right, left, right. So that arms are opposite of the foot. Two, three, pick it up. Or you don't have to do arms. If this is enough for you that's totally fine. Or you can have the flare of the arms. Two, three, pick it up. And kick, kick, kick, pick it up.

Again, this one is a little bit fun. It's more fun when you speed it up. So let's take up the tempo and try it at that higher speed. So it's going to be kick, kick, kick, pick it up. Kick, kick, kick, pick it up. Right foot here we go. We have kick, kick, kick, pick it up. kick, kick, kick, pick it up. One, two, pick it up. kick, kick, or no arms. kick, kick, pick it up. kick, kick, pick it up. One, two, pick it up, One, two. Or the arms. One, two, pick it up. One, two. One more time. Each side. Last time. One, two, pick it up.

So, again, keep it slow, take up the tempo. Whichever you'd like. It's up to you. Kick, kick, pick it up. Good. Enjoy. Have fun.
