All right you guys, this next one is called the whacking arms, these are
crazy fun, fast arms to get your upper body working. So I want you to start
with your feet kinda right underneath your hips, softly bend your knees,
right? Bring your arms up, now keep blades with your hands, so really have
nice, closed, tight palms and energy reaching through your fingers. Now
bend your knees, you're going to put your right arm in front of your forehead,
your left arm behind your head. Okay? So I'm going to turn to the side just so
that you can see what that looks like. Okay? Now I'm going to come back to you.

So from here open and then switch, left and front, right and back. Okay? And
then quick, quick, quick. So too slow and then too quick, so you're going to
start again, right arm in front. Slow, slow, quick, quick, quick. Slow,
slow, quick, quick, quick. Slow, slow, quick, quick, quick. Slow, slow,
quick, quick, quick. Now you're going to feel that once you keep your elbows
out, you're going to start to feel your shoulders and your arm muscles
working.

I'm going to face the side just in case you're confused as to where
the hands go. So again, right arm goes in front first, right, left, one,
two, three. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow.
Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow. Okay? Most important thing is you trying not
to hit yourself, right? Keep your hands a nice distance from your head and
from your face, so that you don't actually whack yourself in the face, Okay?
So, lower body is going to stay right here, knees are bent. Just keep your
core engaged, let your hips be loose and free, okay? Let's take it up in
tempo. Arms out, be careful don't hit yourself. Ready? Whacking arms, one,
two, one, two, three. One, two, two, three. Hip, hip, quick, quick, quick.
One, two, ta, ta, ta. Pa, pa, pa, pa. Pa, pa, pa, pa. One, two, two, three.
One, two, two three. All right, I definitely feel that, Yes? That's a fast
one that you can take slow. Take it on a slower tempo if you need to,
otherwise challenge yourself and speed it up. You will feel the burn in
your arms, and you're going to look good doing it, all right? Enjoy.
