So, the most important thing I want you to understand is that when Viagra or any other oral medication fails, it doesn't globally mean that an oral medication will not be effective. If you're like some men, sometimes you just don't quite understand how the medication works. So, perhaps you thought just by taking it you'd have this wonderful spontaneous erection and, sad to say that's not how it works, you will need direct physical stimulation and you need to be getting aroused. One thing I know is anxiety hijacks, or trumps medication or your general arousal response. So if you are feeling anxious about taking the medication, or anxiety is a part of what is getting in the way of the quality of your arousal erections to begin with, then you need to realize this pill will help but you need to take some deep breaths, you need to realize let me try it on a few times and just really relax into the fact that I know this medication is gonna be one of many tools to help me have confidence again in my arousal and my erections. So, I always say try, try again, don't panic, and really think about both the physical and psychological stimulation that typically part of your normal arousal response and make sure that you're making time and room for foreplay and for enjoying your partner. We're not so focused on your erection, because it's that focus that typically gets in the way of your arousal response. One thing to also consider is that with some of the oral medications they are impacted by things like whether or not you stomach is empty or full. So, if just had a big, heavy meal you might notice that it's not as effective as it might otherwise be. So certainly read your package insert and just educate yourself a little bit more about what conditions are gonna be better so that you get the most optimal outcome of this medication.
