If you are looking at this video, I can imagine either you are feeling that you might ejaculate sooner than you'd like to when you are intimate with your partner or perhaps you are the partner frustrated that your guy can't last longer and you are just looking for some tips. Most often these men, even with self-stimulation, are not necessarily choosing the point or moment that they want to ejaculate. So it's one of those hard-wirings, that these men biologically need less stimulation to hit that reflex or point of orgasm. And back in the old days, the cavemen days so to speak, it would have been a desirable quality cause they would have been populating the world. Today, however it's not so preferable. And it's important to realize that there are treatments, strategies and options available, including oral medication. You could speak to a urologist about desensitizing creams and ultimately learning to be relaxed with the partner. The other reason that sometimes men experience premature ejaculation -- which by the way is technically is defined by i takes less than two minutes from point of penetration to ejaculation -- is when men have really conditioned bad habits. Sometimes when you first started masturbating you have been in a bathroom or in a crowded house and sort of felt like you had to do it quickly so you wouldn't get caught. And sometimes it's sort of been conditioned to rush an experience and that bad habit can absolutely be reconditioned by focusing on relaxation strategies and slowing things down with the partner. So the first and foremost thing I want you to realize is there are several reasons that you may be experiencing this but regardless that there are treatment options available.
