So the great thing to think about with orgasm and the brain is, guess what, although it happens in your genitals. Whether it's your penis or a vagina in general, often the clitoris. That the way that it is experienced and felt lights up the brain and it's fabulous if you ever want to go look and see MRIs on Youtube. You can see women under and MRI actually having their brain light up achieving orgasm. Because it's really the pleasure center of the brain that lights up. It's a release of Dopamine and afterwards it's a release of Oxytocin. Which is the, sort of, cuddle and attachment horomone. So what I can tell you is that orgasms are absolutely great for your body and for your mind. It is one of the few ways we have naturally and organically to feel pleasure that helps us feel fully alive. So take advantage of enjoying your orgasms knowing that it's good for you and it's good for your brain.
