This is how you are going to get the whole of the ball of the feet. So you start at the base, with your thumb walking, then you come in and then you go out and then in again. Now again the tendency when you are just starting to do reflexology or are starting to do thumb walking is to pop out, and go back in and pop out. You really wanna keep a firm pressure, keep the firm pressure and just come out a little bit and back down, so you are maintaining the same pressure in so you go all the way up and go to the base of the toe and then what I'd like to do in between the toes is, also with my thumb walking technique, I'm gonna go down, between the metatarsals, alright, between the metatarsal heads and then I go down. And then I go back up again on that second metatarsal, with my thumb walking all the way to the base of the second digit and then between and back down again. And you're gonna do that for all across below the base of all the toes. And you can also do it across as well from the lateral aspect, which is outside of the foot, to the medial aspect, which is the inside of the foot. So you can start at the base, walking that diaphragm reflex line to your thumb walking there and then go up a little bit and do it again all the way across. This is just more of a detail, you don't have to do it in this direction but it's a furthering. So you go all the way, you can do it all the way to the base of the toes. And then also be aware of the reflexes that are in this area. You know, you are going through the lung reflex areas, you are going through the shoulder reflexes. So, you know, get a map and be aware of, of what you are reflexing. And that's the techniques for the ball of the foot.
