And the next superfood is the best source of the healthy fat Omega 3s that you can find and that is Wild Salmon. Why are Omega 3 fats good for your body? Well, they can improve your heart health, brain health and memory and helps control blood sugar. So by incorporating Wild Salmon in your diet on a regular basis you are gonna get the good fat that your body needs to thrive. One of the things to know is that there is a difference between wild and farm-raised salmon. It's good to ask when you in a restaurant or when you are selecting your salmon whether it is wild or farm raised. If you want to get the best quality of Omega 3s in your diet you wanna get the Wild Salmon. And the reason for that is the Wild Salmon are eating the fish and what they find in water to feed themselves as opposed to the green pellets that they are fed in the farms.
