Get your oranges on. Oranges are the next superfood. The reason why they are superfood is that they are loaded with phytochemicals, antioxidants and Vitamin C. All these together work to prevent the top diseases that face us as we age -- preventing cancers such as mouth, lung, stomach, skin, and breast. To get the most nutritional benefit out of an orange, it's best to eat the whole orange. The pulp is actually good for you. Yes, you can have fresh squeezed orange juice, but when the orange is squeezed, you end up with a lot of the sugar and you miss the fiber. So, the best way to enjoy an orange is to eat the complete orange. And, I have to say that many times I brought my oranges out into conference rooms and as people smell my orange, I get the look from the people around the room and they want to have a piece of my delicious orange. So, go ahead and buy some oranges and get those vitamin C nutrients into your diet.
