Spices are also superfoods; turmeric is the first spice we're gonna talk about. 94% of all turmeric comes from India, and turmeric has been a super food spice used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for many many years. The superfood property of turmeric is that it's an anti-inflammatory, so it reduces inflammation in the body so when you use the turmeric spice it helps with arthritis, it helps with joint pain, it may be effective in reducing the effects of carpal tunnel which a lot of us suffer suffer from from working so many hours on the computer. So the next time you go out shopping check the spice rack.
