In a recent study in Denmark, pregnant women that were suffering from nausea integrated ginger ale into their diet. And those women that drank ginger ale on a regular basis were able to reduce the amount of nausea they experienced from being pregnant.

Recently it's been discovered that ginger has a whole host of other super food qualities to it. It boosts your immune system, reduces your risk of cancer, helps with your cholesterol and circulation.
