So some of the best that you could add in your diet this is often confusing for many my clients. A lot of food companies have market it and made available to us foods that are processed in lowing fat. Typically happens when that fat is removed from a product some other kind of food additive is added into the flavor the product to make up for the removed fat. So my recommendation would be to stay away from processed low-fat foods, and look for foods that are whole foods that are naturally low in fat, some of those foods are... Fruits and vegetables except avocados and olives, oatmeal soups and beans, egg white and brown rice, so again stay away from foods that are processed that are low in fat and look for the foods that are naturally low in fat.
