This is a short jazz combo of steps that you can use. We're going to start out with a ball change. The arm is going to extend out to the right and ball change the weight, cross with the right leg, reverse to the left. Ball, change, cross.
Very nice. Let's repeat that one more time. Really try to stretch through your fingertips, elbow, forearm lengthen when you're doing the ball change cross. And ball, change, cross. Ball, change, cross. Moving on to the next 8 count. We're going to do a ball change back. So this time you're going to stretch the arm up, ball change and, back poverey [sp ?] is back, side, step front.
Back povereys are 3 step turns. You're stepping up on your toe, up on your toe and then down into a nice clean plie [sp ?]. Reverse that as well. Ball, change and up, up, down. All right. Let's put those two 8 counts together and we're going ball change cross, ball change cross, ball change back poverey, ball change back poverey. Next 8 counts will be 4 hits. Shoulder, jazz arms, hips, reach up. Again, shoulder, jazz arms, hips, reach up. From there, you're going to step on your right leg, flick your left leg then step, kick, right, left, right. Breaking that down. Step on your right, flick your left, cross with your left, kick your right and we're doing a cross, ball, change. Let's put that together. Shoulders, up, hips, up, and really lengthen the neck when you go up. Flick, step, kick, cross ball change. Nice work guys. Let's put that all together. From the top.
