All right. Let's go over some striking basics now that you have a basic stance. From your basic stance, you always got the jab; jab is a great weapon to start with. You've got the hook. You've got the uppercut. And obviously you've got the cross. But when you throw the cross, you should always be ready to sprawl and get back up to your feet so you never want to be too heavy on either side. Again, elbows. All right. You have knees. OK. You've got push kicks. You have push kicks off of the rear leg. You've got round kicks. You've got round kicks to the body, or you've got round kicks to the leg. All right. So again, from your basic stance, you have these jabs, cross, uppercut, hook, elbows, knees, and the basic round kick.
