Hey guys, it's Max Tapper again with Howcast. Today, I'm going to show you guys how to do a one arm push up. Now obviously this is very advanced, this is not for the person doing a knee push up and jump into the one arm push up. Thus is somebody that has no problems doing push ups, is very advanced, and just wants something to do to challenge the body in a little different way. Let me show you how this works. Now, very important, in the one armed push up, your feet have to be wide. So you have to have that wide stance so you can have a little bit of stability. Right? Now, this is what it's going to look like to go into a one arm push up. Now we need to assume a wide, wide stance because obviously, this arm is going to be gone. This is your one arm push up. Very difficult. Now, one arm push ups aren't going to do anything different for you than dumbells or say your regular push up, but say you want to challenge yourself in a different way, do it. It will be fun, it will also let you know what level of advancement you're on.
