Hi. This is Max Tapper again with Howcast. Now, I'm gonna show you how to do a reverse Grip Incline Bench Press. Well, this is what it looks like. The same principles apply as doing a normal bench press or a normal incline press. The only difference is instead of your hands being pronated, they are supinated which means facing up. All right. Again, what we're gonna do is make sure our eyes are right under this bar to prevent ourselves from hitting this. We have our hands facing up grabbing in the same position. Pressing up over the head. Coming down slowly to the chest, back up. Slow again to the chest, back up. Now, I maybe saying to the chest but obviously, I'm not touching my chest. A couple of inches above your chest is fine. If you look at the positioning of my lower arm as close to parallel to the floor as possible. Now again, remember, in this position incline, you're not gonna be lifting as much weight as you normally would. And then, you got to fill into the fact that you also having your hands facing inward. That's another reason why the weight would have to be a little liter. So, be very safe and be very careful when you're doing this exercise. Slower controlled movements. Slower controlled out. Be safe. Have a good time and a awesome workout.
