My name is Max Tapper. I'm a personal trainer. I've been in the fitness business for over 12 years. I train all types of people from housewives to stars. I love fitness and that intrinsic value is so high to me. And I don't know what I would do without it. It kind of permeates ever single bit of my life. A lot of things I like to do are circuits. So I take people through tons of different exercises back to back similar to boot camp style but a lot of time in a one to one setting. I like to train them the way that I like to train. And the way I like to train is constant moving. So, let's say in-between exercise, I'm only gonna give myself maybe 60 seconds or 45 seconds, the bare minimum I need to recover and then I'm back into it. I'm also a fitness model and an actor. I've been in every single fitness magazine you can possibly find. Done a lot of different campaigns. So, I know what it takes to be in the best shape and to get you guys in the best shape.
