Another great dynamic stretch is the quad walk, its basically, its just like pulling your foot back, you're gonna grab it from the foot or you can grab it from the ankle, whatever feels most comfortable, shoulders are back your core is tight your back is flat. Pull back stretch and then alternate, and alternate, you're gonna pull that leg back, keep your foot straight, your knee comes back the more it comes back the more you can feel it in the front of the quad. And then turn around, same thing, now this is great, this is stretching the front of the quad, its getting the blood flowing, your muscles are getting warmed up for the exercise to come. I would do this maybe 10, 15 times one way alternating and then turn around and do 10, 15 back, hold it for about 2 seconds, release, there you go that's the walking quad stretch.
