How to Do a 3-Way Lunge for a Sexy Legs Workout

The next exercise is a 3-way Lunge. So, basically put your hands on your hips, or you can put them behind your head or whatever feels more comfortable, and you are gonna lunge forward. Lunge, keep your shoulders back, your core is tight, your back is always flat, make sure that you are in 90 degree angle with your knee, so think 90 degrees with your knees. Back, and go to the side. Now, here you are gonna make sure that you sit down into your legs, legs stay straight and inside, shoulders are back, core tight, back flat. Back, and then you go back. Same thing, back flat, shoulders back, 90 degrees with your knees, your core is always tight. And, forward. Same thing on the other side. And again. Now, this is a great movement, you can do it may be 3, 4 or 5 of sets depending on how warmed up you want to get. It's great slimming exercise for your legs, your quartz. Your hamstrings are glued, which is gonna work on all those areas. So, it's a great movement, because when you do 3 ways you basically hit every single angle.
