How to Do a Hip Bridge for a Sexy Legs Workout

Another great slimming exercise is called the hip bridge. So what you're going to do is you're going to get down on the floor and you'll lay down on your back. You're going to have your legs bent in about a 45 degree angle. And you're going to keep your hands down by your side just like this. And you're going to push through your heels. And you're going to lift up and squeeze the glutes. And down. So up and down. And as you do this, as you come up, you're going to breathe out and down. So breathe out and inhale. And what you're doing with this is you're not only squeezing the glutes, but you're keeping your core tight. And as you breathe out, you're contracting the abs so you're not only working your glutes, but you're working your core also. And you should do about 20 reps of this, about three sets. And you should definitely feel a burn right in your glutes. This is great for your butt. And there you go. There's another great exercise for slimming. It's called a hip bridge.
