How to Do a Double Leg Kick Pilates Move for a Leg Workout

A great Pilates move for slimming the legs is called the double leg kick, so basically what you're gonna do is you're gonna lay down on your stomach, you're gonna put your hands right behind you, just like this, you're gonna embrace your fingers. Okay, your shoulders are going to lean forward so you're gonna round them forward and what you're gonna do is you're gonna take your face, you're gonna keep it to one side and as you bring your legs up you're going to inhale; you're gonna do it 3 times and then after you do it 3 tmes you exhale, you lower your legs, and you lift up. So here you go: Inhale, exhale and then you switch sides with your face. Same thing. Other side. And this is a great move for your lower back and your glutes into your hamstrings. I would do 2 to 3 sets of 12 to 15 and that's a great move for slimming your legs called the Double Leg Kic.
