When training your legs, and trying to avoid bulking up. I definitely would stick with a moderate weight, and higher reps. So, we don't wanna use a weight that's too heavy. A lot of people you'll see using extremely a lot of weights, and they're doing 5, 6, 7, 8 reps, because that's all they can do. That's gonna build your legs up, you're gonna become bulky and his, and if that's not your goal, then that's the last thing you wanna do. So you wanna stick to a moderate weight, where you can do 15 to 20 reps. You're gonna be feeling a great burn by the end of those, and you're gonna be able to do 2 to 3 sets of that weight. That way you keep the muscle nice and round. Firm and dense, but not too big. You're gonna have it long and lengthy and shapely like we want. So, basically stay away from heavy weight. Lower reps and stick with a moderate weight and higher reps and still feel a burn. So those are some great tips to help avoid from bulking up.
