Alright guys. We're going to keep our arms in shape with a move from Dance Hall called the Thunder Clap. And it doesn't even have to be raining outside for you to do this, it could just be when you feeling good and you want to clap. But you don't want to do it the hurried way. Nobody wants to do it like that. You want to put one hand out, clap off on the other hand. Now this is cool!
And you get a little extra twist in there for your obliques too. So you're getting your arms and your obliques on this one. Switch it to the other side. One hand out, clap off, clap off, clap off.
Now I like to add a point. Show them which way to go. Show them which way. You don't have to do that. That's too much. Just keep it with the clap. Feet shoulder width apart, one hand out and you clap off the extended hand. Unh! Unh!
And if you miss it just keep doing it. You'll catch it again. Unh! Four times. I do four times, you could do two, whichever one you choose. Other hand goes out, clap off.
Thunder Clap. Now you don't have to clap but I choose to do it for extra emphasis. You can do it whichever way you want but you want to make sure your knees are bent, you feeling loose, feeling the groove, extend one hand, clap it off. Unh! Unh! Unh! Other side. One, two, three, four. Two times. One, two. Other side. One, two. Whichever way you do it, you still getting a work out; deltoids, triceps, biceps and a little bit of your obliques. You know what? You're not going to really feel it until you hear the music. DJ?
And that's all it is!
