How to Do the Cat Mommy Dance Move for Leg Workout

Ok, so we still got a little more work to do on our legs, I know, but we want to make sure they're looking tight and right. So, we're going to do a little dance I call The Cat Mommy. Now I know what you're thinking, you're like "Wait a minute, there's a dance called The Cat Daddy"! And I'm like, that's cool, that's cute and everything but if I want to make it girly for me, I want to make it a little bit more feminine. Now guys, obviously, you're going to be doing The Cat Daddy while we're doing The Cat Mommy but if you're one of those guys who like to get it with the girls then you can do it too.

All right, we're going to start with our feet together, toes facing the front, okay, now we're going swish our hips, shift our weight to the side and we can snap it, shift our weight to the other side, snap it, now look at my heels, they're going right to left, right to left, right to left, hips right to left, now I know "She ain't really got a lot of hip" but, you know, just imagine that they're there. Swish it from side to side, now I'm going to snap, snap, snap, snap, now slow motion...snap, snap, snap, now I'm going to get into a semi-squat, a little bit lower like I'm rolling some wheels, actually make that squat a little bit lower.

Yeah, that's where we get our workout, you can even bring your heels up a little bit more, one, two, hey, I got control, one, two, now put those two together, I got my snap with my hip, heels to the right, heels to the left, and now I break it down, rolling my wheels, hey, now add a little cute smile and I think I got it together, this is the Cat Mommy, okay. Roll those wheels, roll those wheels, now I add a little variations, you can flick your wrists and dip your head too, hey, now you've got style. We will always make sure we're looking cute while we're getting fit and then roll those wheels. That's where we get our quad workout in. Now remember, guys or girls, whichever style is yours, I'm not going to tell you who to be but I am going to do one thing, and ask someone kick that music DJ, give me a hot beat.

All right, all right, all right, this is smooth, I like this. I like this, let's try it with the O snap, let's see how it works with the O snap, remember hips shifting... double time...one more, let's see the finger ?? just in case they're getting evil with it.
