How to Do Combo Dance Moves for a Leg Workout

So, if you were watching all of the leg videos, which I hope you have been because it's a package deal people, then we're going to do a legs combo. So we're going to put three of our moves together that you've already learned and have watched over and over again and we're going to put them together for a nice little dance combo. Now, if you do this at a wedding you must give me credit. I mean, come on people, artists are starving here.

Alright, so here we go. Start with our feet together, shoulder-with apart. We're going to start with the squat and slide. We're going to squat, slide your foot up, squat down, slide your foot up, keep your weight center. Keep breathing and don't stop. So that's 1, 2, 3, 4. Now, when you come down to center we're going to do our wobble. Remember, heels together. Drop low, low, low, low. That's 1, 2, 3, 4.

Now, I like to alternate my arms, but you can do whatever you want. 1, 2, 3, 4. 1, 2, 3, 4. Now I know you're like, 'wait a minute, let's go back'. I got you, no problem: super slow motion. Squat and slide into the wobble. Here we go. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I think you got it, let's try it. 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Now you got that first part, you're looking good, you're feeling sexy. Let's add the cat mommy for added appeal. So you get your wobble down low, 1, 2, then you bring it back up, 3, 4. Now your head, you're going to shift it on to the right. Right. Shift left, drop it down, roll the wheels. One more time. Shift your weight, left, drop it down two times. Now, we're going to put it together slow-motion. I'm going to do a mid-tempo just so we got it and we're on the same page. And then we're going to do it with some music.

You ready? Alright, practice with me, practice with me. I know how it is: you want to make sure you got it first. Slide, up, slide, up, wobble 2, 3, 4, shift your weight, roll those wheels, shift your weight, roll those wheels. You got it? Let's try it a little bit faster, just to make sure. Because you know when the music comes on I'm going to go crazy.

5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Yeah, I feel that one. I felt that one. I think you felt it too. You know what, DJ? You can kick it.
