Alright guys. So we need to really make sure our abs are looking really, really tight. And I know what you're thinking, "Sea Breeze, I keep doing these crunches and they're not really that much fun." You know what? I was thinking the same thing. I was thinking, I was like, "What can we do to make abs fun?" I got you, Lieutenant Crunch. Now I know what you're thinking, "Hey Sea Breeze, you're bitin'!" No, it's completely different. The Lieutenant Crunch is going to make you tight. It's going to make your body tight. Your abs are going to be tight.

So this is how you do the Lieutenant Crunch. You take your belly button, squeeze it in towards your spine and back. Squeeze it in, back. The same way you do a regular crunch. Squeeze it in, and back. Now we're going to bring our knee up. Bring one knee up as you, remember to engage your abs. Because you want your abs to be tight. Boom. Boom. You see this is really, really stiff.

Now how we're going to make it really, really, really, really, really awesome, I know that's a lot of reallys. You're going to add your salute. So you're going to salute as you crunch it in. Unh! Unh! Unh! Because you're serious about your workout. You know what I'm saying?

Now, breaking it down one more time, I know you missed it. Tucking your belly button in towards your spine, engage those abs, boom, and back out. Contract and release. Bring your salute in, and out.
