Alright guys, so we need to continue to work on our abs and make sure they're looking extra, extra sexy. Now I said 'extra' two times because you want to go the extra mile to make sure that they are cut right. So do you know what we need to do? We need to dip it. Dip it? Yes! We need to dip, dip, dip it good. And you're thinking, 'How do I do that Sea Breeze?' Well I'm going to tell you!

Shoulder width apart, you know how we do it. Bend into a semi squat, knees slightly over your toes, chest to the front, stop, back down, semi-circle up, semi-circle, up, semi-circle up. Engaging your abs, bring your belly button in toward your spine, contract, and dip around. Boom, boom, boom!

Now you're like, 'Where's the good part?' Hey, the good part is in your groove. Now I can't give your groove. You got to dip, dip, dip it good the way you want to but make sure you engage your abs because that's what it is all about, right? You want to look sexy at the beach, on the corner, where ever you hang out, it don't really matter.

Bend those knees, semi squat, keep your chest down, right? Up, left, up, engage those abs, dip, dip, dip it good. Dip it just like you should, hey! I'm a poet and I didn't even know it.
