Alright, so we still got a little bit more work to do on our abs. And I know what you are thinking. You’re like, ‘I’m tired. I’m tired. I don’t want to do any more.’ But you know what? You got to get motivation. You know what your motivation’s going to be? Cash. I know, you’re thinking the same thing. You like, ‘Yes! That is the appropriate motivation that I need Sea Breeze.’
So what you going to imagine is that there’s lots of cash on the floor. Somebody just dropped it, ‘Arr, arr. I don’t want the cash.’ And they dropped it on the floor. Now you got to be ready. You got to be in shape. You got to be ready to pick up that cash. So you’re making sure your feet are shoulder width apart, you’re going to bend slightly at the knee, tuck your belly button in towards your spine as you contract, getting your abs ready so you can pick up as much cash as possible. And I know everybody wants to be prepared to pick up the cash and this is how you do it.
Get low, sweep, grab that cash, grab it! Sweep, grab! Sweep, grab! You never know how much cash you need. Make sure you engage those abs. Tuck it in tight. Grab as much cash as you can. Hey, the economy is all out of whack and you need as much money as you can. You know what I am talking about. I think we see eye to eye.
So again, shoulder width apart. Get low, semi squat, knees over your toes. Reach down, grab that cash, engage those abs, tuck it in to the spine, woo! Get as much as you can. Woo! You never know when you might need it for a rainy day. Pick up the cash. Pick up the cash. I think I got enough cash for right now, until I get the music, then I’ll get me some more cash.
