Alright guys, now it's time to get your back in shape. I know you're thinking, "How am I going to do that? Besides, who's looking at my back?" Everybody behind you and they're thinking, "You know what, she can do with a little bit of back exercise" and I'm going to help you out with a move I call the Big Squeeze.

I bend my knees to a semi-squat. I bring my fist up. Bring my elbows out so that my shoulder blades almost touch and I squeeze it in. Bring it out and squeeze it in. And make sure my triceps are parallel to the floor. Now, I can squeeze it to the side, to side, to side, to side, to side but I'm going to add a little extra to this to make sure that I'm really getting my back worked out.

So making sure my shoulder blades almost touch I squeeze and bring one foot up. Unh, unh, unh, squeeze it in, boom, and boom. And I want to add a little groove to it so I get a little bounce. Not a big bounce, a little bounce. Unh, unh, like I'm squeezing a big walnut. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. I get to show off my arms too and that's always a good thing. Squeeze two, three, four, five, and six.

Now if you don't feel comfortable with the leg, keep your feet planted and squeeze it in to the center. This still is good. People think you just showing off. And at the end, people gonna have a beautiful thing to look at. Now you can show off your back. Before we do that, we got to get our groove on. Show them how the Big Squeeze is done. DJ, kick that beat.

Now I add my own style and I'm not going to tell you how to groove. But I'm just saying to make sure that you having fun each and every time so that when you're done not only do you look good but you feel good.
