How to Do the Break It Down Dance Move for a Back Workout

Alright people. I know you’re like, “What else could we possibly do for our back?” Well, I’m going to break it down for you. No, really, we’re going to break it down. That’s the name of the move!

So, we’re going to start with our feet shoulder width apart, bend our knees. We’re gonna cross our arms, bring it in, and sit it down. Cross the other side, bring it in, and drop down. Simple enough, right?

Let’s make sure we got it first: knees bent and feeling loosey-goosey, cross it, bring it in, and drop it down. Switch to the other side, cross, bring your arms in, and drop it down. Now, we’ll lower the tempo just to make sure we’ve got it before we turn the tunes on. So we make sure we engage our back muscles every time we drop down. We’ll break it down! Mmm, Mmm, Mmm… Mmm, Mmm, Mmm.

So now when somebody says, “Hey! So and so, break it down!” You’re like, “Got you! DJ, drop that beat!
