Alright, it's time to get a little bit sexy, just a little bit. I mean, this is for the ladies but guys, if you're feeling it, by all means do it because if you're at home nobody can see you. So we're going to start with our feet together, we're going to bring it up, slide those hands up, and remember I ain't telling anybody, it's just me and you. So, we're going to go up two, three, four. Now, if you see my knees are bending each time my hands come up. So I'm going to start with my right knee coming up for two, three, four. See, you've got that part! Let's try it, one, two, three, four. Now, I add a little bit of a body wave. You can, and can't, whatever you feel comfortable doing.

It's just me and you. So you're going on, two, three, four. Now I'm going to cross my arms in. Ladies, guys love this. You trying to get a husband, like me, this is what you should be doing. Feet planted in the center. This is low cardio.
