All right, guys. I got another cardio combo for you. This is my pop diva combo. So if you’re a diva, get ready, this is the combo for you.

First we’re gonna start with our feet shoulder width apart. We’re gonna pick our heel up, twist it in to the front, in to the front. And then double time. Mm, mm. Let’s try it again in slow motion. So you’re bringing your heel up, bring it to the front, add a little bounce with it. Boom. One, two, double, double, one, two, double, double. Now you squeezing your elbows in, adding your hip. Doo, double, double. Now, this is my favorite part, little bunny hop. You’re gonna push your booty out, and hop on the balls of your feet to one side. And I love this one because it makes me look like I got some junk in my trunk. So I like to do a little extra hop. One day it’s gonna be there.

Start it from the beginning, you got this. One, two, three, four, five and six, seven and eight. For all those of you out there who are like me, balls of you feet, pick your heels up, and you’ll look like you got something back there. Hey, anybody can do it, you can try it if you want. Even guys can do it. Shh, remember, between me and you.
