The twist is a really fun move that I incorporate into a lot of my workouts. You can start off with just your leg, just a twist; this works the core. Go to the other side. It's really fun when you have music going and I play music in all of my classes so you can really get into it. Okay, so this is the twist, you can use your arms and the water gives you a lot of resistance so you're also working out your arms. To pick up the pace you can use both your legs at the same time and your arms and twist the night away. Okay, so that is the twist, it's really fun and a good cardio workout.
