Power jacks is a harder version of jumping jacks, so jumping jacks are here and power jacks, I am going to lift my arms and my legs at the same time. So this works better than jumping jacks if you want to get a harder cardio workout. It's a little bit harder, and the deeper you go, the harder it's going to be. So if you're in the shallow end, it's going to be a little bit easier. If you're in the deeper end, the more water, the harder it's going to be.
So this is power jacks. I'm going to do it one more time and out in, out in, out in. You don't have to kick your legs real far out. It's just if you get to here, that's good enough. It's just a little bit harder.
When you do power jacks, you want to make sure that you keep your hands in the water. So even if you're in the shallow water, you still want to keep your hands low and in the water. Like I said before, if you are in the deeper end, it's going to be much harder. So keep your hands in the water for a better workout.
