Bicep curls are used in water aerobics for toning the biceps, which is this muscle right here. You use weights when you do bicep curls, and it's a little different than if you were working out outside of the water. Normally, bicep curls look like this outside of the water, but when you're in the water it's a little different because of the resistance. So you want to actually turn your hands over so your palms are down and bend up, push it down. This is working your biceps.
You want to make sure you breathe in, exhale when you push down, and the slower you can go, the more of a workout you're going to get. You can do doubles. You can do it two at a time or one at a time, and this is bicep curls. So remember to breathe when you exercise, palms are facing down, elbows stay up, and you want to keep the weights right next to your body.
